Both decisions reflect the same strategic direction. LUX SYMBOLICA LTD was dissolved in 2020 as client activity and professional demand consolidated naturally around Paris, where the majority of our international institutional relationships are based. The Paris SASU was always the intended permanent structure for this work. Separately, an exploratory US trademark filing in the Cosmetics and Cleaning Products category was formally abandoned by official filing in 2022 — a deliberate choice to concentrate exclusively on scientific hair standards, provenance verification, and institutional B2B rare hair sourcing. Neither decision was a lapse or a failure. Both were documented, intentional, and consistent with what Lux Symbolica has always been built to do.
