  1. Where are you located?
    We are located in Paris, France.  Though we are available 7/7 and try to answer inquiries as soon as possible, time zone differences may cause delayed responses.

     

  2. I don’t have a business, can I buy just for myself?
    No, we only sell B2B (including wigmakers, hair stylists, hair salons, actors and other hair professionals & artists) at the present time, with the exception of individuals with hair loss who would like to consult about wig, toupet or topper options.

     

  3. Do you sell wholesale?
    No.  Large quantity orders are possible only to our customers or verified businesses. No credit or delayed payments.

     

  4. Do you sell Closures and Frontals?
    No.  We are not a factory.

     

  5. Do you have extensions?
    Our extensions are custom made for our clients.

     

  6. How can I place an order?

  7. Why can't I shop in the Boutique Pro?
    Only clients with verified businesses may have access to our Boutique Pro at our discretion.
     

  8. What payment methods do you use?
    Our website processes payment through STRIPE.  We also accept PayPal and Bank Transfers. Cash payments are accepted in our Private Showrooms in Paris.

     

  9. What shipping method do you use?
    We send shipments through DHL which we have found to be the most reliable shipping method considering the complications in shipping goods due to the pandemic worldwide. International clients are responsible for all taxes and customs fees if any.

     

  10. How fast can I get my package?
    The pandemic has caused many country's customs services to be more strict concerning imports. Because we are in Europe, packages sent to EU countries typically have a 1-2 day delivery time. Please contact us for the current customs delay estimate to send outside of Europe.
