Reaching Lux Symbolica does not require authorization. General inquiries, Paris showroom appointment requests, sourcing consultations, and laboratory or research enquiries are open to qualified professionals and begin with a professional inquiry.
Professional Authorization applies to trade supply: opening a Boutique Pro account and placing ongoing or larger-volume wig and hair-extension orders. Because pricing and terms on trade supply are set within an established professional relationship, authorization is the step that opens it.
The Professional Authorization & Orientation is a private engagement that determines alignment.
With Lux Symbolica’s evaluative standard, the same principles used when authentic, irreplaceable hair materials must be qualified or refused.
